Reception is open for enquiries and prescriptions from 8.45am - 5.30pm daily.

There is access and toilet facilities for the disabled at both surgeries. Both operate a NO SMOKING POLICY.

A 24-hour service, telephone 01969 667200, is provided for serious medical emergencies only. Please do not block the emergency line with calls for routine medical problems, repeat prescriptions or general enquiries. Your call will be answered by Tees, East & North Yorkshire Ambulance Service (TENYAS) who will either offer you advice, invite you to attend the nearest primary care centre, visit you at home or call an ambulance, depending on the severity of your medical condition. A separate leaflet is available giving more details about the out of hours service. The out-of-hours service is commissioned by North Yorkshire and York Primary Care Trust. If any patient has a serious, life-threatening injury or symptoms, please call 999 for an ambulance without delay.
