How Do I.... Register With The Practice?
To register with the practice, please come to either surgery where you will be given a form to fill in. Please register any other members of your household at the same time. You will be offered a consultation for a routine health check at the time of registration.
Patients will be removed from the practice list for any of the following reasons:
- Moving outside the practice area;
- Verbal abuse directed at practice staff;
- Acts or threats of violence towards practice staff (such incidents will involve the police);
- Actions that, in the judgment of the doctors, may compromise the provision of medical services to the practice population as a whole.
